This is the provision of specialist care for participants who have high care needs requiring a high level of skill, and for the training of support workers to respond to the participant’s complex needs.
At Emerald Home & Community Care Services, we have a team of Registered Nurses who provide quality nursing care in the comfort of your home. We acknowledge the needs of the participants and ensure that they are provided with the level of support and care they need, as per their situation. We work closely with participants in a variety of settings, be it conducting home visits or working in a clinical setting.
