Supported independent living (SIL)

We also provide services in Supported independent living (SIL) to help participants to live independently and achieve their goals. Participants are supported with daily tasks and building skills mostly in a shared living arrangement.
At Emerald Home & Community Care, we assist to identify tailored supports required by assessing current circumstances of the participant and project on to the upcoming plans and goals. We consider all the support options of the participant and the support services under delivery to understand the risk with current health conditions.
