Shared Accomodation

The scope of this support service is to assist participants in performing their daily tasks in a shared living environment up to 14 days at a time or a weekend in a month. Our dedicated support workers are on board to provide services to help achieve your goals and live as independently as possible. It is your choice, whether you prefer short-term supervision or an ongoing service.
Emerald Home & Community Care is happy to help you become independent by assisting with daily tasks listed below and more
• Assisting with managing your budget, expenses and bills
• Assisting with managing medications, tracking health reports
• Assisting you with bill payments on time, shopping, attending appointments, completing paperwork etc
• Assisting with household tasks and personal hygiene tasks like showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
